⏱ First consultation — free
STEP 2

Submission of Membership Application

You will prepare the membership application form and supporting documents (Certificate of Historical Matters from the Commercial Register, documents confirming the number of full-time employees, and so on). Document templates will be provided by the cooperative.

10,000 yen per unit (up to 25 units)
Required under the Cooperative Act / paid in full at the time of joining / fully refunded upon withdrawal
Annual Membership Fee
24,000 yen / year (excl. tax)

About the advance deposit (up to 250,000 yen)
The advance deposit is applied to the following payments by member companies:

① Applied to your capital contribution. If you initially contributed less than 25 units, this can be used to top up your capital. Your capital contribution is fully refunded upon withdrawal.
② Levies (the consideration for services provided by the cooperative). These cover services the cooperative provides — for example, processing technical intern applications, supervisory work, and joint purchasing administration. They are charged according to the services you actually use, once our license is granted.
③ Procedural fees and out-of-pocket expenses. Interpretation, translation, document preparation handled by outside specialists, and other actual expenses paid to third parties.

Our pricing is transparent and disclosed in advance. Your capital contribution is refunded in full on withdrawal; levies are limited to the services you use and disclosed up front; out-of-pocket expenses are based on actual receipts; and any unused portion of the advance deposit is refunded in full. We do not set hidden intermediary margins.
