Support for TITP and SSW Acceptance
As a supervising organization, we plan to provide integrated support from certification applications for training plans to regular audits and OTIT reporting documents. We also support transition from TITP completion to SSW.
Current Status:We are currently preparing an application for Supervising Organization approval. Until approval is granted, we do not conduct acceptance operations for TITP or the Training & Employment Program, including training plan certification applications, audits, or OTIT reports. After approval, we will begin accepting technical interns for member companies.
System Overview
The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) is a system that accepts foreign nationals from developing countries and other regions to transfer skills, technology, and knowledge through OJT in Japan. It consists of three stages: No. 1 (first year), No. 2 (second to third years), and No. 3 (fourth to fifth years), allowing a maximum stay of five years. After completion, workers may transition to SSW No. 1 and continue working for up to another five years.
Main Target Industries and Occupations
We plan to work mainly with the Philippines and Indonesia as sending countries, while also supporting Vietnam and Myanmar. The following are examples of industries we expect to handle after licensing.
Construction

Machinery and MetalAssistant automobile maintenance, inspection, and disassembly maintenance support work. Workers build careers through training at maintenance shops.

Personal Care ServicesPhysical care, daily-life support, and communication support at elderly care facilities. Japanese communication ability is emphasized.

Training Plan Certification Application

Immigration Application Documents
Preparation of documents for residence status applications, changes, and renewals
Technical Intern Support
Daily-life support, trouble response, and native-language consultation desk
Transfer and Return Home Support
Transfer support when training cannot continue, and temporary return procedures at the start of No. 3 training

技能実習制度(TITP)
技能・技術・知識の移転による国際貢献が目的。1号→2号→3号で最長5年。原則として転職不可。90職種167作業が移行対象。
特定技能制度(SSW)
即戦力としての就労が目的。1号は通算5年、2号は更新無制限・家族帯同可。同一分野内で転職可能。16分野(1号)/11分野(2号)が対象。
育成就労制度(2027年4月施行予定)
技能実習を発展的に解消した新制度。人材確保+育成が目的。原則3年で特定技能1号への移行を想定。同一業務区分内で本人意向の転籍可能。対象分野は特定技能と原則整合。
